The computer I bought in Hewlett-Packard Compaq Presario came equipped with a single-user version of Office home, I presume which ran perfectly for some years. It then suddenly stopped working inso far as I rememberpossibly because of a malware attack.

Microsoft kindly replaced it with a copy from its archives which they even reinstalled for me. Like the earlier one, it ran perfectly until late last year.

A local technical company cleaned it up by saving everything on the computer, taking the machine apart and spring-cleaning its insides, putting all my data and programs back in place, then installing the latest Windows Since then, every time I open an Office program, a form appears which tells me that the program is not activated. I found a valid key and the activation seemed to take place. However, the next time I opened the program, the form appeared again.

I then entered Windows 10 which told me that the activation could only be carried out by my supervisor. I then suddenly found out that the version Microsoft microsoft office professional plus 2010 copy not activated free sent me was actually Office Professional Plus I presume that the latest Windows required certification that the earlier versions did not. I have tried to contact Microsoft, but there was either no matching problem to tick, or the screen to describe this problem was too small.

I had to have a substantial disk and software cleanup recently to get rid of a BSOD occurrence and the technician placed some key info in a file, a copy of which is attached. When I perform the activation with the valid key, it appears to be accepted. However, when I open any Office file afterwards, the activation wizard screen reappears saying that activation is not complete.
